What foods should I eat while detoxing?!

Question: What foods should I eat while detoxing?
I've been going out a lot lately and drinking more then regularly and have been eating really bad! I'm a college student and have zero time.
Anyways; I gained 25lbs this first year. I want to take it off so I am going to try out this cleanse kit called Cleanse Smart.

My question is, what are foods I can eat?
Like top 10 best organic foods. Anything would help!!

Thanks everyone ! xxo

You are best off drinking A LOT of water, green tea and 100% juice with no added sugar. Be sure to eat fruits and vegetables that you buy organically or wash well. Do not be afraid to eat whole grains. Just do not eat white bread of enriched foods (they have all the healthy stuff removed and then are enriched with very little vitamins). If you try to completely keep away from sweets and "junk" food, you will not keep to your diet. Just learn to eat these things in moderation. Allow yourself one small sweet a day, such as a piece of dark chocolate. You can try chewing mint gun when you get a craving for sweets, because it has sweetness to it and mint is also an appetite suppressant. Keeping a food diary may help. There are printable sheets that you can find online for free.

Even walking around your dorm or house a couple of times before bed will help. Try waking up about 10 minutes earlier and do sit-ups and stretches each morning. During your lunch break, try drinking a lot of water walking for about five minutes before class.

I understand being and college and having no time. I'm there too. I've slowly been trying to lose weight also. In the last two months, I've lost five pounds just from changing my diet. Good luck!

If you're drinking a lot of alcohol, make sure to take Milk Thistle and drink stinging nettle tea. Both are good for the liver.
Great foods for detox are citrus (oranges, lemon, grapefruit), organic apples, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, organic berries, mushrooms, artichokes, asparagus, red/green/yellow bell peppers, etc.
Stay away from starch that is easily digested (potatoes, pasta, corn, bread, rice, etc) and instead eat sweet potatoes, beans, quinoa, and barley.
Make sure you are also getting enough protein (e.g. beans and barley)

Its a scam. 'Detox' has no meaning outside of the clinical treatment of drug addiction or poisoning. Your body has evolved to get rid of unwanted substances very efficiently via the liver and kidneys; you can't improve on that without medical assistance. You do not have accumulated fecal matter in your bowel and any weight loss from these 'cleanses' is temporary only.

Whatever you like!

(Because, outside of drug rehabilitation clinics, there's no such thing as "detoxing" or "cleansing".)
