If you have so much sneezing with mucus, then take ginger juice mix with honey and take 3-4 times a day. It will help.
Do Kapal Bhati & Bhramari Pranayam (Breathing exercise).
It will cure your problem.
But remember, its not quick fix.

A Neti Pot will really help you. I use mine once or twice a day as needed during allergy seasons and never have issues. I didn't think it would help my itchy eyes, but it's all in the sinuses, so it really did. Just be sure that you follow the directions carefully and always test the water temperature on your wrist. You should not have water running all over your face, going down your throat...etc. If you do, just adjust the angle of your head/neck. It doesn't take long to get used to it because it's so very helpful. I never even realized how congested I was until I used it for the first few times.

They're also great to help clean out allergens and germs that might make you sick, and if/when you DO get sick, it's also helpful for cleansing out the mucus.

I would suggest a neti pot to wash allergens from your mucus membranes, so there are less of them triggering your immune system.

As far as herbs? Stinging nettle - - has some research behind it.

If you are a guy don't take much of it, or for long - because it is also known for causing breast growth in men.
