Question: What to wear underneath make-up to prevent absorption into skin?
I have been reading about how make-up gets absorbed into your skin and throughout your body. I rarely wear it, but on those rare occasions, is there something I can put on my skin as a barrier? I'm not sure if a moisturizer would be a good barrier or if it would just increase absorption. Even "natural" foundations have questionable ingredients so I'd want it to go under that.
I'm looking at mainly the eye area, to go under the eyeshadow.

you can buy primers that you put on under foundation, it helps it from settling in lines on the skin. Same for eyes, they make eyeshadow primers that you put on prior to your eyeshadow.
