Unfortunately, that's an impossible question. None of those should cause a rash so it sounds like you're allergic to one of them... but nobody here would be able to do the required allergy tests to determine which is causing you the reaction.

There are two ways to find out the answer, though... you can get allergy tested for each of them in your doctor's office or you can do an elimination diet at home.
Allergy tests can be expensive (as some insurances don't cover tests like these) and some doctors aren't willing to test products that you bring in (although most that will test allergies will test for general and common allergens... unfortunately, those products you're taking aren't common allergens).

The elimination diet is much cheaper, but takes time to do it. Basically, you stop taking all of those supplements that you suspect... the rash should clear up within a week or so if one of them are causing it. If it doesn't clear up by then, it's probably something else you're allergic to so you'll have to remove more from your diet/lifestyle to find what it is. If the rash does clear up within the week (which it should), you can start adding 1 or 2 of the products back into your regimen every week or two (depending on how long the rash came on after taking all those supplements... usually a week is more than enough time). When the rash comes back, stop taking the last group of supplements and that pill (or one of the two if you're adding 2 at a time) will be the one you're allergic to.

Yeah, it's a pain in the rear, but it's about the only way to be sure... I had to do that myself to find out that I was allergic to one of the minerals with an RDA (which is very rare). Good luck and I hope I helped!
