I have seen therapist use crock pots set on low to warm up stones. There are also some tanks you can buy on the market that are made to warm up stones. Do a search for "hot rock massage kit" on google and you can find all kinds of kits.

Hold a stone over a candle, it'll melt and turn into diamonds!
