Ibuprofen, like all manufactured drugs has a long list of side-effects that are played down or ignored by the media and pharm companies. A relatively low dose, (400mg-1000mg) can cause severe symptoms such as gastrointestinal bleeding, seizures, metabolic acidosis, hyperkalaemia, hypotension, bradycardia, tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, coma, hepatic dysfunction, acute renal failure, cyanosis, respiratory depression, and cardiac arrest.
If you want an exfoliant ask a certified professional herbalist or naturopath and have no side-effects.

Dont crush it up its not as effective that way, use motrin if you have it and take 400mg 30 min before you need it.
