Question: How long till my paranoia goes away?

I'm on medication for multiple stuff including bipolar and shizo...I got high on really good weed the other night...IT WAS ONE OF THE WORST NIGHTS IN MY WHOLE LIFE!!! I felt really mad, and feeling like I was having a heart attack,my question is::::.... HOW LONG UNTILL MY PARANOIA GOES AWAY, IT'S BEEN SINCE FEB 17TH THAT I SMOKED, AND I STILL FEEL PARANOID.

It's not the Pot. doesn't last that long. But maybe you need different meds, or your freaking yourself out.
