My hands and feet are always cold?!
Question: My hands and feet are always cold?
Answers:
Yes, if you are suffering from the primary Raynaud’s disease, it does affects certain areas of the body such as the tip of your nose and ears as well hands and feet. Try taking some Niacin - Vitamin B-3, to dilate your blood vessels and increase blood flow.
Raynaud’s Disease must be taken seriously and you should take every precaution possible to prevent your cold attacks. Dress properly when outside, always wear gloves and wool socks to insulate your hands and feet. Use of the heater is prudent, if you are inside during cold winter days.
Prevention is your best defense.

your hands and feet are the farthest extreemities on your body..the furthest away from the heart..therefore it is harde for them to get warm esp in cold weather...maybe its your circulation...try doing a bit of exercise to get the blood pumping to your hend and feet....
