Question: Buzzing in head verry annoying!!?

Its very annoying! I'm congested and keep hearing a buzzing sound ugh....its really getting on my nerves :/ how can I get rid of it?

maybe a small fly flew into your ear. Hold a small torch to your ear and hope it comes out
