There's kind of a two-sided answer to this. The artificial growth hormone pills can be helpful (although require a prescription and are very expensive), but like Steroids, they have a huge laundry list of side effects so you really need to discuss benefit vs cost (to your body and your wallet) with your doctor.
The natural growth hormone releasers (which are typically made up of Amino Acids) can help a bit, but are pricey for supplements and you typically have to take a lot of them (either several pills or a scoop or two of powder a day) to get any significant benefit.

One thing to note is that most people just report that they "feel younger" or have more energy... it's not a miracle worker and there are much cheaper options on the market for similar (and potentially safer) effects. I'm not sure which particular aspect you're looking for from these, but I would read up about any product like this (both the benefits and side effects) before trying them, both for the price and the effect you're looking for. Good luck and I hope I helped!
