What are some good calming agents?!


Question: What are some good calming agents?
I'm unbalanced right now. So far eating vegetables (carrots and celery) and water (which I'm trying to get at room temp.) I have fruits available but I fear they may rise insulin levels.

Taking an Omega-3 supplement can help, as well as taking a B-complex.

Also, some herbal supplements which people have used as calming agents are Valerian Root, Arctic Root, Ginseng, and Kava Kava.

Chamomile tea or lavender essential oil. Rosemary herb. If you have some dried rosemary you can put it in boiling water and it will give off a calming aroma.



the Vitamin B family is very good for stress and anxiety.
