Question: Is Usana on the top of the list?

I went to their meeting and the presenter told me that they are on the top of the list. He was trying to recruit more people by persuade us to sign the application. I sign the application, because I thought it was a great opportunity for me to work independently, but after what I have seen on the internet about USANA being a scam and illegal... I do not know for sure if I still want to go for this be apart of the company.

If you depend on the internet as your only source of information to make decisions, you'll never be able to do so because "almost every business or opportunity" has been labeled a scam. Even Amway!

If you've already signed up as an associate, I would strongly suggest you go for it. FYI, USANA is a NASDAQ listed company. The company has also been featured in Forbes and BusinessWeek as a Top Hot Growth company. And very recently, USANA was again voted a TOP MLM company by MLM Insider and this is for 11 years running.
