i once drank one. damn, get ready and have plenty of paper. this thing is going to really cleanse you lol . and i suggest you do your best to not laugh or sneeze hard. you might get a surprise .

You should get the urges to go and it should help you pass whatever stool problem your having. If it doesn't, then you should consider going to the doctor. Its not too uncommon to not use the bathroom in a course of 2 days. It all depends on the persons system. I usually go once every 3 days or so depending on what I eat.

Possibly would poop I'd say.
