Won't suggest you any muscle relaxants as they might suit your body might not. You can also get some ill reaction due to it. If there is any muscle related problem I will suggest you to apply ice there immediately, that is the best muscle healing thing as every sports person uses it. It will not only relax your muscles will also heal it.

Magnesium citrate acts as a muscle relaxant. Try that or epsom salts dissolved in water.

If not that, then Kava tincture is a good option, but that only really works on the lower body.
