First, try to identify the cause of your anxiety. Then try to work it out. Try to examine yourself. Love yourself, be able to laugh at yourself, and let go of your frustrations.
Be kind to yourself.
Applying too much pressure will only create more tension.
Try to not judge yourself harshly.
Don't expect anymore of yourself than you would expect of others.
Accept your faults, for none of us are perfect. Studies have shown that those who take life's challenges in stride respect theirselves more. This leads to higher self-esteem, and less stress.

had a friend with anxiety and she said it has helped a lot.
