how can I help a sore throat feel better? iv had one for about 4 or 5 days now and it's getting worse each day. it's starting to get really irritating and un-ignorable.

Gargle with salt water. take a least a teaspoon of salt and mix with warm water and gargle. If that doesn't work, go to your doctor.
