What to do with My 3-year-old bottle of Omega-3 Fish Oil Capsules?!

Question: What to do with My 3-year-old bottle of Omega-3 Fish Oil Capsules?
I have a bottle full of Omega-3 Fish Oil Capsules. On the label, it says, "BEST IF USED BY APRIL 2008." Is it still effective to use? Will the capsules work in an effective way, even though it has been three years past the date on the bottle?

no, it's no good anymore. fish oil goes rancid pretty quickly. most fish oil supplements if not refrigerated are diluted with other oils. next time you get some fish oil, go to the vitamin/health food store and buy the refrigerated kind. tastes like crap, but it's better for you

no i would just trow it away cuz what if u get sick
