Question: Are dramamines bad for ya?
I usually take a dramamine to get back on track for school every sunday, because i get my days and nights mixed up really bad, i was wonderin if they are bad for you.

Not once a week. You can try Unisom and it works as well
As long as you don't exceed the recommended dose you should be fine. It's a fairly safe medication. You can also use benadryl to help you fall asleep. It has the same active ingredient as many OTC sleep aids, but usually costs less.
