What is the best way to get THC out of your system over a month's time?!

Question: What is the best way to get THC out of your system over a month's time?
Okay here's the deal, I don't smoke marijuana, it's not my thing, but at a party last week I figured "what the hell?" and tried it. I then immediately realized that I have to take a drug test (urine test) on April 4th for a job I've been waiting for for over a year. I understand that this stuff can stay in your system for up to three months and I was wondering if there was a way to speed up the process. If it helps any, I'm a pretty skinny guy 6'0; 150lbs and I don't normally smoke. Any help would be appreciated.

tl;dr smoked weed once, wanna get it out of my system before it ruins my life.

Answers:

It can stay in your system for a couple months.... for heavy chronic users who have sedentary lifestyles.

For a one time user, you could probably pass a drug test next week.

Assuming its a urine or blood test. Hair could be trickier. The metabolites are deposited inside the hair shaft, and stay there until you damage your hair enough, or cut it out. So, if you expect a hair test, you may want to do some reading.

Btw, marijuana doesnt ruin your life. What ruins your life are the biased laws that target marijuana users by exploiting the fact that mj metabolites hang in body fat. You could use MANY drugs that are a LOT harder and there would be no detection in a few hours to a few days. Marijuana should only be tested for by blood, imo. Saliva tests are closer to current impairment that urine, but can still catch metabolites.

Between now and April 4 it will be gone if you're a one-time smoker. For you, it will be gone in a week. Chronic smokers take a month or more to get rid of it. It's the build up in the lungs that requires a month or more to clear. You only have a dusting. Don't worry about it.

it will be gone by then but if they do hair testing it will detect drugs for a period of 90 days. The test requires a hair sample of 1.5 inches in length. Each 0.5 inch represents 30 days. The hair sample must be cut as close to the scalp as possible and only the most recent 1.5 inches are tested.

A month's time is enough to get it out of your system. Just don't "try" anymore in that time.
