You're nervous because part of you doesn't want to do this. It's a very sensible part.

These drugs are illegal for good reason - they can be very dangerous when used incorrectly. And illegally obtained drugs are especially dangerous because you don't have a clue what you're taking. You only have the dealer's word that it's even DXM/DMX. Ever heard of the ecstacy tablets that turned out to be aspirin? Or the cocaine cut with bleach? Those are two of the more pleasant scams. Marijuana has the advantage of being fairly easy to obtain and cheap to, er, manufacture, so it tends to be fairly reliable.

Getting nervous or "paranoid" when taking drugs is your brain and/or body's way of telling you it doesn't like what you're putting into it. You're not going to like this answer of course, but I'd suggest you try to find something else in life that will give you a "high" and skip the drugs.

Idk just relax? Or do drugs with people you like and are comfortable around in a good setting. Or just think on the positive side if you can lol. And i'm pretty sure the dying people did them too much or something. If you really don't feel comfortable doing drugs then maybe you shouldn't do them, I mean drugs aren't for everyone.. but they are fun :) Lmao

Maybe you're nervous because deep down inside you know how dangerous it is. Listen to your nerves, don't do it. If you want to get a high, work out at the gym, sing some kareoke in a room full of strangers, do something to help someone less fortunate than you, but stay away from drugs.

You're simply paranoid. Drugs are illegal and a lot of people will get nervous because they're afraid of getting caught by the cops with them. Most drugs will damage your liver and pickle your brain. Don't do drugs. Plain and simple. It will save you money and save your life.
Although DXM is legal it could still be dangerous if you overdose.

If you hear stories of people dying from DXM, then why the hell are you still wanting to do it? DO NOT DO IT. Don't think I'm trying to scare you but you may die from it too. Who knows. Maybe you won't, but you shouldn't risk it.
