Can you put Vicks Vaporub on your nose?!

My mother did it to me as a child and I do that with my children. I think it helps as your sinuses are right there as well. I also put it on the throat and upper lip as well.

Yes you can.
Just on the outside of your nostrils and in the middle.
A room vaporizer works well too.
They make a special blend of liquid Vick's to put in the water.
Use it at night in your room to help with breathing.

I dont know about putting it directly on your nose but i have put it above my lip right under my nostrils and that helps. But remember never put it directly in your nostril.

The most common way to use it is to just rub a little just under you nose. That way the vapors will be inhaled and sometimes help clear the congestion.

Yes you can and yes it does, but make sure your nose is not sore because it stings like mad if it is!!

You could.....but it burns!!!
I just put it on my chest before I go 2 bed so that I breath it in all night and it really works :)
