Orthostatic hypotension, also known as postural hypotension, is a head rush or a dizzy spell when blood pressure suddenly falls as a person stands up. Orthostatic hypotension has many causes and sometimes two or more factors combine to cause this type of low blood pressure. Dehydration - the most common cause. Other causes can include pregnancy, age, heart conditions, anaemia, thyroid disorders, Addison's disease, dysautonomia, low blood sugar, diabetes, medications, alcohol.

This is a sign of your probably dehydrated.
You need to intake more water, I drink almost 20 tall glasses of water a day.
This could also be your getting up to fast.
It's head rush.
But the main problem is you don't have enough water in your system.
So, just drink more water (:

My experience.
Orthostatic hypotension-- the medical name for a head rush. Nothing to worry about, consume more sodium (but not too much more) and drink more water.
Happens to me too. It's just a blood rush after you've been sitting for a while. Try getting up more slowly. I usually find it happens when I get up too fast. :)
