Is Injection Lipolysis (Injection Liposuction) Safe?!

I'm trying to find some Information about Injection Lipolysis. It's basically a shot which would dissolve some fat-- I want to get it done in my thigh area. I'm in good shape, I eat right and I exercise but genetically my legs are a little bigger than the rest of my body. You cannot "spot train" during exe rsise and so if I lost weight in my legs it would in the rest of my body as well. I'm 22 years old and 5'0" and around 100lbs --So I don't really think loosing more weight would be best.

You might tell me to just ignore it but it's starting to become a problem for me. You see I live in South Korea now, and in Korean society my legs just cause a lot of problems. Korean girls care EXTREMELY about their weight. I've asked my friends and my boyfriend to honestly tell me about my apperence here and almost everyone has told me "You're very pretty but your legs just need to be a little more slim, they weight you look more fat than you really are" ------- It's gotten my self esteem down and I want to fix this problem?? I love my apperence except these pesky legs!

Yes, In the U.S no one mentions anything about my legs, but I'm not in that culture anymore. I'm going to be living here for the rest of my life, that's whatI want and so it's kind of importaint for me. So any information about good places in Korea to get it done, prices here, etc would be helpful.
