Question: Which herbs are a good remedy for Bad Breath?

Hi Blah,
There’s an article titled “Bad Breath Remedies That Work” here: http://blog.therabreath.com/2010/08/bad-… It gives some more tips on how to avoid stinky breath. It mentions parsley, baking soda with warm water, clove or mint too.
There’s another cool article here: http://blog.therabreath.com/2010/03/food… that mentions lemons, basil, rosemary, crisp fruits and veggies, cinnamon and tons of other natural stuff.
Also, have you thought about taking an oral care probiotic of some sort? Here’s a great site with tons of information on probiotics and its benefits: www.proprobiotics.com
I hope this helps!
The one I've heard the most about would have to be parsley. Although I personally can't stand the taste, it is supposed to work very well. Other possible remedies include alfalfa tea, tea tree essential oil (mixed with water to create a sort of mouthwash), fresh mint, and dried fennel seeds.

Scrape the bejeezuz out of the back/center of your tongue, just before the "horizon". THAT is where your breath odor comes from.
Hell, use a little hand soap if thou must.
Parsley is king. You need to eat a handful of sprigs. Really any deep green color vegetable will get it done.
TCM training
Parsley.
I use it.
Mint! or ginger
