Question: Benadryl Allergy medicine Sleeping effects!?
If you take two peels.. and it makes you fall asleep. how long do you sleep if your not awakened by anybody or any noise?

Benadryl has Diphenhydramine in it which is a sedative. About a 100-150mgs of it will make you very sleepy & tired. Speaking from my own experience it did not really prolong my sleep just made it alot easier to get too sleep. Maybe wake up an hour or 2 later than i usually do but thats about it.
