do herbal remedies for poor sleeping work if they do which is best?!
Question: Do herbal remedies for poor sleeping work if they do which is best?
Answers:
I have used INTRA, its not a herbal remedy but a supplement. I sleep fantastically deep and wake up feeling so rested and revitalised. I would recommend it to anyone struggling with sleep.
There are some herbs which people use to help fall asleep - among these are chamomile, catnip, valerian root, lavender, and lemon balm. Also, there are some vitamins and other supplements which can help support good sleep - these are calcium, magnesium, vitamin D, L-theanine, 5-HTP, and GABA.

It's not herbal, but we've found a supplement called Rapid Sleep PM that works pretty well. It contains melatonin, valerian root, and tryptophan in a combination that works for us. Some of the other pills, like Alteril, actually kept me from going to sleep, but this one worked well. It's sold at Wal-Mart.
Melatonin is NOT herbal, but it IS completely natural. There are no adverse side effects with this pill. My fiance and I take it nightly to relax at night and fall asleep more soundly.
