Answers:

your tired because once you take a drug you get addicted then when you stop you feel very tired cause your body is just so use to taking that drug its ok just let it pass and it will pass but it is up to you i rather you dont take it :/

Start exercising. Proof that it cures cravings... especially jogging.

Get into some hobbies... ones that take your talent to do them like painting or wood working or if you live south then get a job that does hobbies like boating so work on some boats.

Change your thoughts to be positive verses negative ones. Remember that you are what you eat and what you drink and what you smoke... and it WILL not might effect you FOREVER. Weed takes brain cells away.. destroys them.

Find a good church with a great youth group and get involved. You are the company you keep so if you change your ways to be more positive and find friends that do not do those things then you won't be tempted to do them either.

Volunteer.. can do that at the youth group in church also... because it increases the happy endorphins in your body so you feel better automatically.

Drink half your weight in ounces of water a day. Doing that will increase your energy level. You are over 75% water and if you aren't hydrating yourself daily you will feel tired plus the brain takes 85% of that 75% of water to function so if you don't get enough it will rob your other organs and tissues from their water source so you will feel run down and depressed because of it. You can read all that on the site below. ... won't let me copy and paste so you'll have to do that.... www.watercure.com and here is another one .... www.watercure2.org They are both about the same doctor that discovered this after years of research.

I am currently trying to give up weed, last week i tried my hardest and did 3 days without it, i got all the withdrawal symptoms, those 3 days were the longest three days of my life.

The most i managed is 1 month before without it, but then i ended up craving it again and gave in to temptation.

Once it gets you, it doesn't leave you without a fight, you just gota fight it with all your will.
Im not gona smoke it for the rest of my life, but it has a hold on me for now.

Started back when i was in school 15.. im 20 now.

Weed is makes you feel good, but at a cost. my advice is, limit your smoking, smoke occasionally, and you will start to feel like you don't need it.

Your body and brain.is. trying to reprogram itself trying doing something else to replace your drug I.e hanging with your friends while high on red bull you don't have to shop you just have to get to know.each other more even start games with them

It could be that while you where on weed you had nothing to do but smoke it and talk about it and now that you don't know do it you have nothing to do really try to replace it with reading sport job something .... its hard getting of a drug

If you want to smoke a J, smoke it. Weed isn't addictive it's scientifically proven... So what harm can it do? I tried it once, and personally, I don't like it. Why don't you try to occupy your time like chillin' with friends and stuff to get distracted. It takes 21 days to make/break a habit. So try to occupy yourself for 21 days and I'm sure by then your cravings will be gone. (:

If you have more pot you'll get addicted to it gain. Don't have it. You could become really !@#$$# up.

check yourself, before you wreck yourself

MATE, its not worth it.
