Im 5'11 and i weigh 165 pounds, im about 22.3% BMI i think.

So far you have good answers but you would also have to shave ALL the hair off your body. Yep, lashes & brows too.

Everyone is different. Body fat and your metabolism come greatly into play. With your size I would give it 2-3 weeks to be safe. 2 if you are working up a sweat every day.
An occasional smoker - about one week.

Depending on how much of a food and liquid i would say about 23 day's if you smoke one day then stop. drink about 5 cups of water a day
