Has anyone taken citalopram (Celexa) while breastfeeding?!

Question: Has anyone taken citalopram (Celexa) while breastfeeding?
I have MDD and GAD which is managed well with the medicine so I know logically that I have to take it, however, I can't help but feel worried/guilty about taking it while breastfeeding my son. I know is is ranked as a category C however I haven't noticed any negative effects with my son who is still breastfeeding. Have you taken it and have you had any effects on your baby while breastfeeding? I would really appreciate if you can share your story if you or someone you know took it while breastfeeding and has a grown child now- does the child have any effects from it?
I spoke with my psychiatrist about it and he insists that its OK to take and that the drug company just says that to cover themselves in the event that anything does happen.
When I do finally stop breastfeeding will my son experience any withdrawal not getting it anymore?

Answers:

and the baby drained all the vitamins out of me, so taking vitamins is important. Low oxygen in the brain causes depression since the cells are not made right. Drugs don't help the cells be made right. Eat well. Evening primrose oil etc are important too. If you need celexa take it.
