Apple Cider Vinegar anyone?!
Question: Apple Cider Vinegar anyone?
I started taking it 4 days ago, feel overall pretty well and have lost 2 pounds :)
Taken in hot water first thing in the morning it will also dissolve gallstones. The reason it works as a weight loss aid is because it makes your system more alkaline (ditto for effects on cholesterol levels). The fat loss in turn lessens your predisposition to type 2 diabetes (excess fat is the result of too much insulin being released and stored as fat, which creates leptin resistance). It's a vicious circle.
It's pretty amazing stuff.
Any effect is purely placebo.
The nonsense surrounding simple vinegar is pretty ridiculous; to claim it's some kind of god-given miracle that cures diabetes AS WELL as weight loss AS WELL as cholesterol reduction is a level of fantastical incredulity that beggars belief.
No, vinegar doesn't do any of these things so save yourself time, money and embarrassment.
I lose 2 pounds by taking a dump.
I take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar diluted in water. I take it for general well-being as it is said to have antibacterial and antiviral properties.
It is also believed to help in weight loss efforts, lower cholesterol and may help control blood sugar levels.
Acetic acid doesn't do anything for weight loss, diabetes or cholesterol. Nor does slapping a soccer mom-friendly name like "apple cider" on the package alter the content.
To lose weight, you must burn more calories than you consume. There is no way around this ironclad law of biochemistry.
it's healthy and i heard it also helps against sore throats.
