The court will assume that any drug offender may use any drug. So, expect a broad spectrum, very sensitive test.

Using ANY drug on probation isn't a bright idea.

Mandatory drug testing for the use of THC is both stupid and typically obnoxious of government.

It is highly unlikely that the mushrooms will show up on the drug tests. So few people use psilocybin that it simply isn't worth the government's money to do the testing.

But it is clearly something that you are worried about and this is highly likely to impact upon your trip. Frankly, I would suggest that you simply refrain from using the compounds while you are being tested.

The other question is whether the tests are random, or carried out on a particular schedule. Or both. If they are scheduled, then you could possibly take mushrooms with sufficient time that they would be out of your body by the time the next test was to be taken.

Mushrooms are just food poisoning and won't show up in most drug tests. Although, some do test for high levels of food poisoning in the system so i'd give your body a few days or so to clean itself out before you go to test
