Crack-cocaine is simply cocaine hydrochloride (regular cocaine that people snort) washed up with baking soda or ammonia.

Just rack up a line of cocaine hydrochloride (that is the white powder form), and snort it. Cocaine hydrochloride provides pretty much the same affects as crack-cocaine, however, not as intense as lasts a little longer.

You asked how to get the same affects, now it is your decision if you want to be silly and do that stuff.

No because it is cut in a particular way that makes it meant for smoking. You can't snort it, unless you want to snort baking soda. Please just smoke some weed though, no need to harm yourself with that crap.
