i dont think herbs will do anything that you couldnt do without them. one thing i found to help my memory going is to think of a memory and use that memory to branch to another one thats related to it somehow then branch to the next, then next, etc. see how much you can branch memories from one. i do this to help me go to sleep and i think it helps me with retention of ideas.

I wouldn't blame you if you wanted to live in a magical world where rosemary helps your memory. Of course, in the real world, that's not true.
Rosemary is very good for memory, it's actually worn on Remembrance Day for that specific reason. Plus the scent is beautiful, especially when you burn it's oil.
