Ultimately, all herbal teas will improve your lifestyle in one way or another. But in regards to mood enhancing & elevating herbs/herbal teas, 2 of the best are St. Johns Wort, and Skullcap.

You really don't have to purchase the leaves as you can walk in many chain grocery stores, herb stores, health food stores, etc...and just purchase these herbs in the form of already prepared tea bags.

So here's a quick synopsis on some of these mood enhancing herbs.

St. Johns Wort:
Works in the same way as many prescription antidepressants does and is a lot safer.
Added benefit: It's a strong antiviral

Skullcap:
Great for mental exhaustion, depression, and it calms tension and stress.
Some people use it before doing yoga to calm the mind.

Chamomile:
Also calms tension and stress and is a wonderful sleep inducing sedative as well.
