It says "not for human consumption" so that they can market the product for sale. It may be banned soon but until then, the marketers are saying it's not made to be smoked or consumed.

Well...you don't smoke incense. That is really bad for your lungs. It isn't meant to make you high at all. Try marijuana if you want a high. lol

Consume is too eat something, physically put it in your mouth and swallow it. you did not do this.
