Question: What can natural supplements can i use to relieve cold symptoms?
Anything maybe around the house? I'm so tired of POPING pills!

Drink fluids all throughout the day. Lots of water, lots of Orange Juice, and hot liquids like tea. Put lemon in your tea, too, it helps. Don't consume too much dairy, because it contributes to mucus. Also, breathing in steam can really help conjestion. The more you rest, the better your body will do at getting rid of the cold, so keep it low energy. Blow your nose, everytime, and don't sniff it up, because the more mucus you get out of your system, the better. But yes, drinking lots of fluids really does help, A LOT. People say heated salt water helps with stuffy nose, but it didn't really work when I did it. Maybe I did it wrong or something. Anyway... good luck. Get well soon! Hope i helped.

My first symptom is a sore throat which I usually feel first thing in the morning. If I right away take raw garlic, the cold does not happen. It has to be raw, though. All other forms of garlic have not done a thing for me. To make sure that I don`t get garlic breath, I crush the cloves and swallow them without chewing. To make sure that I don`t get burning in my stomach, I mix the crushed cloves with yogurt, but any form of protein will do. Yogurt makes it slide down the best.



The raw garlic is good advice, I agree.

Echinacea tea too is said to be a good natural remedy for fighting colds, cough and other congestion problems.
