do you know if my bong is able to be fixed? i'm told yes?!

I've had this bong for two years...It recently cracked at the beaker bowl's joint (under the shaft) !!!!! and the "piece", that holds the in down-stem.. has broken off completely.... tragicly. The bong is in perfect condition other wise.... looks like new except for the missing attachment piece that would hold in the ashcatcher/downstem. the bong is broken and i am willing to have the attachment piece blown back on by a glass blower.... before i actually go back to the store i would like to know if it is fixible... and potentially how much would it $
