Absolute waste of time. If you aren't doing anything to stunt your growth like drugs or taking in excess caffeine, then it's all genetics.

no they are just a scam. the reason the manufacturers get away with it is because there is no way of comparing the difference between your height with the drugs to what your height would have been without them. in truth, your eventual adult height is pre determined by genetics and there is nothing you can do to change it.

personally, i think they're a waste of time. i mean, r they really worth it? do u know if they're safe or not? what r the side effects? Just be happy with your height and who u r!
