For years iam suffering from constipation in spite of eating alot of veg and friuts

Water is the most important factor. At least 60 oz of clean water ever day. More depending on alcohol, caffeine intake or activity level.
Getting exercise and avoiding sugar and flour/gluten products is huge in com batting constipation.
Chewing your food many times helps as well as taking a digestive enzyme before meals helps immensely.
Do you eat dairy? Maybe you're intolerant to casein.

I suffered from it for years as well. For me is was a combination of things that caused it. Medications I was on were part of the cause. Also I was not exercising enough.

Try prunes, prune juice, and other foods/drinks high in fiber. They have oatmeals, breads, etc that are specifically high in fiber. Also look into adding fish oil and flaxseed oil.

What Really made the difference for me is magnesium. I was instructed by my acupuncturist about its use for constipation. It worked wonders. I had tried things like miralax, etc, with no luck. Magnesium works.



Drink lots of water everyday and eat plenty of fibre. Eating prunes and drinking prune juice can be very good for relieving constipation. Don't drink too much prune juice unless you have a lot of free time and a toilet nearby!



Avoid red meats, fatty foods and sugar.
Eat lots of veggies, fruit and drink water!
Fiber, fiber fiber!

Water and fiber make sure you are taking probiotics. Maybe a colon flush would be a good idea.



There are natural herbal tablets that might help with it. Go to your local natural health shop and ask.



do you take any medication? a lot of pain meds cause constipation. if so you will need to take stool softeners with it.
