Do i use 1 drop in a cup of hot water? I thought maybe these were for aromatherapy only. what is your bet guess? or experience?

Essential oils are concentrated and extracted from herbs. They are NOT for taking internally as they might cause severe reactions.
It would be better to infuse tea herbs, NOT THE ESSENTIAL OIL.
Many essential oils are skin irritants, and not to be taken internally. You can check with the manufacturer. To be safe, just brew a cup of tea... it's cheap & safe!
I think they are for aromatherapy. I don't think you should drink it. Who wants to drink oil?
