Is it safe to rinse a Visine bottle out and put salt water in it?!
Question: Is it safe to rinse a Visine bottle out and put salt water in it?
I opened a Visine bottle and took the syringe off and rinsed it out about 3-4 times with water and put salt water in it to spray up my nose for Nasal Spray. I lost my Nasal Spray and couldn't find anything else so I rinsed the Visine bottle out. I know that you're not supposed to digest Visine so I didn't know if it was okay or what. Should I go to the E.R. or just not worry about it?

Just make sure you put some sort of mark on the bottle with the salt water in it; grabbing the wrong bottle by mistake when reaching for eye drops would be EXTREMELY painful!
It's ok, there's no Visine left in the bottle. But like the lady said ,mark it with a sharpie, nose spray.
