No doesn't do anything. I was 15 when I realized I had that problem, and have used all the "clinical strength" products myself, I mean everything. I got drysol from my doctor, and it just dryed the hell out of my pits and hurt. But it didn't help. I always have an under shirt, and an over shirt. while your at school carry an under shirt or two and keep changing that, or wear some hoodies that won't be sweat through. I feel your pain
