Concerta is an another form of Ritalin.

No... Adderall is a amphetamine mixture, while Concerta is an amphetamine derivative called Methylphenidate. Amphetamines are generally more potent than Concerta and more likely to produce euphoric "high" in users. If one pill of Concerta doesn't do it for you, then I wouldn't have taken another one as it has addictive properties. Both Adderall and Concerta are strong stimulants but sometimes it doesn't affect you the way it should. When I took one of my roomate's concerta pills to try it out, I was wired. It was completely the wrong dosage for my size and body weight, and it made me focused but more spacey at the same time. I'd say Adderall you'd probably get the same effect..but I haven't tried it out. You have to be focused studying when it takes effect, otherwise you're just gonna surf the internet or watch tv and be super focused on nothing. With Concerta I was up all night and it was super frustrating because I was tired, but couldn't sleep at all, but maybe it just doesn't work for you and you have to try something else. Another thing which I wouldn't recommend.. but you could try snorting it.. grind it up and snort the white side of it, I've done it a couple times when going clubbing and you're instantly awake ( at least I was) for a few hours, but coming down is a b*tch (lame no swearing, really Yahoo?), just so you know. As for Tylenol and Advil being the same.. umm.. yes technically they do the same thing (pain management) but different chemical makeup.. one's Acetaminophen and the other is ibuprofen.. Your body processes them both differently.. just saying.

Concerta/ Ritalin is soooo crappy. I feel really jittery but I never feel like doing any work. Also the comedown makes me feel like a freakin' meth head me and my friends get soooo itchy and I get really angry. And when I take a 30mg of Adderall XR (extended release) I feel great. Feeling of Euphoria, really chill and happy, and I get my work done:) I prefer Vyvanse though. 70mg of Vyvanse = 30mg of Adderall. I don't stay up all night that's for sure. I take it usually at 7a.m and I'm good until 9p.m everyone's different I guess. I talk a lot, and you get cottonmouth like crazy so make sure to have water. Also the thing with ADHD Pills is you can't have citric acid or it will cancel out the effect. (no 7up, mountain dew, gummies, gatorade, most sweets, orange juice, crush soda, etc) Also make sure people aren't jitting you with your $
