Question: What's a medicine/activity that'll help you sleep?
NO drugs,plz, as i am muslim, but something that'll knock you out for about 8 hours, or an activity that makes you tired.

Well... Masturbating calms down the muscles and nerves. And causes seroinin to go to the brain, which makes you relaxed and tired. :-)
Dunno if muslims are allowed to masturbate, but it's my advice, cause it natural and harmless.
Any sort of exercise - running would probably be the best thing to do.
Yoga allways sends me sleepy.
You want a medicine, but no drugs? Am I missing something here?
