I need remedes for a stiff neck? Please help?!

Put a hot pack of something over ur neck, if ur asian u kno wht im talkin about, we hav this sticker thing tht u put on ur neck n it heats up just like that. U probly dont hav one of those so just put something warm over ur neck ( not too hot!!!)

what happened? did you try to take viagra and it got stuck in your throat?? kidding, kidding. what i do whenever i get a stiff neck from sleeping, i try to not move my neck that much for about 30 mins to an hour and I'll attempt to move it and it feels normal again:)
