Regarding supplements, quality is much more important that quantity.
Vitamins are not regulated very well and many brands do not contain
what they claim. Also, in many cases the vitamins do not even get absorbed
and go right out of your system and into the toilet.
There are MANY reputable supplement companies that have been in business for 20+ years.
Natures Sunshine, Source Naturals are just two. The companies with good, tested products do not always sell their products at regular chain grocery stores and do not sell to Walwart.
Cheap, generic vitamins from the drug store are most likely as effective in the trash.
You should be getting most all of your nutrients from food, especially at your age. There is no substitute for real live enzymes, vitamins and minerals. I do not recommend taking beta-c carotene and too many brands of fish oil on the market are rancid and have no health benefits at all.
I suggest finding someone who is very knowledgeable on whole food vitamins and have them suggest one good whole food multivitamin for you. Try the vitamin dept at Whole Foods market if you can't afford a nutritionist. Vitamin C is much better to get from your food. It just isn't the same. Yes, I believe these vitamins may be too much because the cost of these supplements if they were quality products would cost you around $150 a month. Ans at 14 years old, I am doubting someone is footing this vitamin bill for you.
Good vitamins are not cheap and cheap vitamins are not good.
Get sunlight for D. You do not want to take D supplements!
Eat whole, organic foods
nuts, greens, beans,fruits etc
Stay off junk food.
This company is the very first company to encapsulate herbs in the 70s. Their products are superior and trusted. There are many other companies that are good as I said before.
Good Luck

At your age you don't need to take so many vitamins, just try to include some vegetables and fruits in your daily diet. And try to cut down on junk food, specially your consumption of soda pop.
