I really do NOT believe you have any bugs or parasites; this is a favourite term amongst alternative medicine scammers; they pretend you are ill with something, prescribe a fake treatment, then announce a few weeks later that you're getting better even though there's nothing wrong with you in the first place!

A real medical doctor will tell you if you're ill, but it's pretty clear to me you're being scammed.

I have never heard to this resolution for scabies once. Likely you have been mislead or misinformed. You should be using sulfur treatments to kill scabies, anything you take besides invermectin internally will not kill scabies. Try using sulfur creams on your body for 3 days in a row.
