How can I treat these injuries?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Question: How can I treat these injuries?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
K so I was playing soccer and I was running at the goalie and he got the ball like a split second before me and he raised his knee raming it into my quad. I fell down and I got up and had to go sit out because it hurt so bad. This happened last saturday so over a week ago and I played another indoor soccer game this last saturday and I was fine. But last night we had like no subs so I had to play all game and now my leg is acting up again.

Also last night I remember twice where I was kinda pushed off the ball when I was about to bomb it down field and I hit the ground when kicking it so I extended my ankle.

So my question is how is the best way to cure these because I have a soccer tournament tomorrow that I REALLY want to play in. I can walk and everything it just kinda hurts. I have been massaging my quad but that is it. Thanks for any answers!!!

Ice for the first 24 to 48 hours for 20 minutes out of every hour and then heat. Elevate the injury and wrap it for the game. If you can then wear a high top shoe laced tightly and wrap with a sports bandage to keep the swelling down. When you finish the game ice down the ankle and elevate while you celebrate your victory. Good luck!!!

you may have a pulled muscle or tendon, u just need to take it easy for a while, stay off of it take some ibuprofen and you should be fine if it keeps bothering you, you should see your doctor or a sports medicine dr and see if there may be something more major, you may have to sit out of the tournament also
