Any brand of Probiotic out there will just be one of many combinations on the market. In fact, there are many higher quality companies out there that have Probiotic formulas, are readily available and well priced... just make sure the company has a good rating with either the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or USP (U.S. Pharmacopoeia), as those are the main quality assurance organizations (USP is for the U.S., GMP is for the U.S. and worldwide). As long as they have good quality, the nutrients will be virtually identical in the pill.
A few of the top quality companies I've found (all of which are competitors, so shop around for the best price) are at http://www.swansonvitamins.com http://www.puritanspride.com and http://www.vitacost.com
If you've already had antibiotic treatments, you could try Yogurt, Kombucha, or Kefir as they have Probiotics in them, but no where near as much as a good Probiotic supplement (one with 30+ billion viable organisms from several strains) can.
If you're already fighting a yeast growth (which is very common after antibiotic treatment), you could also take Caprylic Acid and Grapefruit Seed Extract in addition to Probiotics as they help to fight the yeast directly. Good luck and I hope I helped!

The one your doctor recommends.
I'd go for kombucha. It does what yogurt does, but without the stress of dairy proteins.
