Afraid to give myself an enema?!
Question: Afraid to give myself an enema?
I'm 13 and I have Crohn's Disease. My GI doctor said that because I'm in the middle of a flare up, I should use an enema. Not one for constipation, one specifically for CD. I have never used before and I am a little afraid. I don't know what kind it is because need to get it at the pharmacy. Thanks

There is nothing to be afraid of, just read the instructions and do it.
i had to do my own enema before surgery. not much to it. relaxation is the key, or it will hurt to insert. do it on the tub, as you,ll poop very quickly.
Why dont u ask ur mom or something u shudnt be shy i mean it is dangerous if u do it by ur self and thats not gud for u so u shud ask ur mom or gardian...
